Composite Course 3

Course objectives:

The aim of this course is to get the participators familiar with the most common Composite manufacturing techniques and processes used for Aircraft Components and Structures.

Target participators:

Technicians with prior experience on composites or who have already attended the Basic Aircraft composite structure repair training.

Pre-requisites:

Trainees should be able to read, write and comunicate at an understandable level in German or English language.

Course content:

• Moulding
• Prepreg Layup
• Resin Transfer Moulding
• Bonding
• Hot-Bonding
• Trimming
• Vacuum Bagging
• Manufacturing of a composite Aircraft Fuselage Segment

Course capacity:

4 to 6 trainees

SR Technics Switzerland / Customer,s site*

*Depending on customer’s equipment and shop facilities
